0 star — Avoid until this is resolved I placed an order of over $1,000 with Exclusivia.co on 29 August 2026. As of 13 October 2026, I have still not received the product and, despite making multiple attempts to contact the company, I have received no meaningful response whatsoever. I have contacted Exclusivia through: - Multiple emails - The WhatsApp number provided on their website - Their live chat Despite all of these attempts, I have received no response to my enquiries and no useful update regarding my order. According to the tracking page on their own website, my order was marked as "ready" on 11 September, but there is still no tracking number and no indication that the order has actually been shipped. What makes this particularly frustrating is that their tracking page specifically states: "If there’s no recent update, message us and we’ll check with the carrier." I have done exactly that — repeatedly — but nobody responds. At this point, it has been more than six weeks since I paid over $1,000, and I have neither the product nor any meaningful communication from the company about when I can expect it. I understand that shipping delays can happen. What is unacceptable is taking a substantial payment and then being completely unresponsive when the customer repeatedly tries to obtain an update. My experience so far: ❌ Over $1,000 paid ❌ Order placed 29 August ❌ No product received as of 13 October ❌ No tracking number ❌ Order apparently "ready" since 11 September ❌ Multiple emails unanswered ❌ WhatsApp messages unanswered ❌ Live chat enquiries unanswered I am posting this review so that other customers can make an informed decision before placing a significant order with Exclusivia. I would be very happy to update this review if Exclusivia responds, provides legitimate tracking information, and fulfils my order. At this point, however, my experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
