I was planning my daughter‘s wedding back in 2025. I was on the website looking Anna, LIANG what’s the one that responded to me on some prices. So I picked out everything that I would like to have it came up to over $4000 but my order that I had picked out was 1500. The rest of it was shipping. OK I put down $500. She took 560 out of my account. She was very very pushy. Call me at 3 AM about placing my order. I decided to cancel my order and refund me back my money to this day October 12, 2026 I have not yet receive my refund back from her. She coming up with all these excuses about she cannot refund me back my money mine this has been going on since September 2025 I have been around and around with her about my refund and she refuse to refund me back my money. Yes, I gave it a one star. And I advise anyone that’s reading this. Do not order from this website especially do not order from Anna, Liang. . Bad customer service I can’t go on and on about our conversation. It’s about 10 pages long, but I screenshot everything. Please refund me back my money.
