Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. On October 3rd, 2026, I placed an order totaling over $200, including $60 specifically for expedited shipping. For that kind of money, I expected timely delivery, transparent communication, and at least a basic level of professionalism. Apparently, even those expectations were too high. It took until October 10th, an entire WEEK after placing my order, before I could get any meaningful information about my package or its shipping status. Seven days of uncertainty despite paying an absurd $60 premium for expedited shipping. And somehow, the situation has only gotten worse. As of October 14th, my package has not even reached customs. That's eleven days since I placed my order, and I still have no reliable way to independently verify the progress of my shipment. Instead, I'm expected to take a sales associate's word over email that everything is being handled. I'm sorry, but that's simply not good enough. A sales associate's assurances are not a substitute for verifiable shipping information, especially when a customer has paid such an outrageous amount for expedited delivery. What exactly did I pay $60 to expedite? The process of having my money taken? To add insult to injury, attempting to obtain a refund has been an unnecessarily frustrating ordeal. After paying over $200 for an order that has yet to even reach customs, I should not have to fight for a reasonable resolution. Instead, I'm left chasing information, questioning whether my package is actually progressing, and struggling to recover my money. The sheer lack of accountability is astonishing. A company willing to charge customers $60 for expedited shipping should be equally willing to provide transparent, verifiable updates and reasonable customer service when things go wrong. Eleven days. Over $200 spent. $60 for expedited shipping. No package through customs. No independently verifiable assurance of progress. And a frustrating struggle to obtain a refund. That is the experience my money has purchased. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company, particularly anyone thinking of paying extra for expedited shipping. Based on my experience, the service has fallen spectacularly short of anything that could justify the cost.
