Bag lock was broken
I took Pune Dubai flight, on 8th Oct 2026, blindly took my luggage came home, next morning thought of opening my bag, bag was open and lock was broken , when I reported this to customer care they said you should have reported this at the airport, broken bag and tag given was not enough for them, they are unable to help because it was not reported at the airport. Please be careful with your luggage before and after, no idea who has been doing this and no one is taking responsibility. You might loose ur valuable stuff.
