My personal experience
In the current moment I have ordered 5 different items and have been extremely pleased with the results of each order. The products themselves have been very high quality and have maintained the quality of my artwork. The reason im currently giving it a 4/5 stars is because of how Tracking is handled update wise. I found it difficult to track where my package before and after entering the US. Both orders i struggled to find where it was or even know what day it would arrive inside or outside the app. So if they had more updates to that system even if they use a 3rd party I'd definitely be pleased. Overall it is a very consistent and reliable manufacturer so I have recommended it to friends in the past.
