Gedeon was helpful. Certainly in contrast with your rep (James) that kept constant touch with me through calls & emails BUT after i made payment, he "disappeared" without even informing me that there need for be to change my email configuration. BTW, my email access issue still NOT resolved. I'm unable to access my email using Outlook or Android. Only Titan App.
