Poor customer service!
My order eventually arrived and the goods didn’t fit, so I contacted them via email to arrange a refund (as per their order) only to be told they could offer me half and I could keep the clothes. I responded with ‘the goods are of no use to me and I would like to return them for a full refund’. After many back and forths, they offered me a fair price, but by this time I had put in a dispute with PayPal (who found in their favour as I did receive the goods). Now they don’t respond at all as their emails are ‘undeliverable’! The quality of the goods were just awful! Very poor customer service, PLEASE DO NOT buy from this company!
