Terrible experience and dishonest practices. I purchased the Basic plan on October 7, 2026, but my account was initially broken and completely unactivated, showing zero words and payment failure errors for days despite money being successfully deducted from my Mastercard When support finally "fixed" it, I discovered their platform has a severe bug: it drains your word balance massively out of proportion. Entering a short text of only 52 words incorrectly deducts over 160 words in a single run. Because of this software malfunction, their system falsely claimed I exceeded their 1,000-word limit. Even after providing clear video proof of their broken platform draining words unfairly, they are now refusing to issue a proper full refund, hiding behind their broken policy while stealing customer money. Avoid this platform completely if you don't want your funds drained by buggy software and terrible support.
