Custom watch band are complicated especially if all decisions are made long distance and with photos and self-measurments. I had to say I had reservations given this + the fact that it came from China and perhaps it would not arrive in Mexico Becky, followed me throughout the process and made it seamlessly. Watch band arrived to my address in Mexico in the promised time. Quality is great and it fitted perfectly. Expensive, yes, but worth it especially if you have a luxury watch
