Alibaba Protects International Trade Fraud and Deposit Theft Under Trade Assurance

I report that Alibaba.com allows the theft of commercial advances under its Trade Assurance program, protecting cases of international fraud and documentary forgery in orders No. 303396659001025330 and No. 296485458501025330, despite the fact that the sellers Rebecca Li (Tianjin Gaosteel Group Co., Ltd, ID: tjgqqt) and Vivian Wu (Chongqing Yaoda Hongcheng); companies verified by Alibaba.com and with supposed On-time shipping rates of 100.0% , breached the mandatory shipping deadlines of June 27 and April 10, 2026, respectively. Alibaba.com conceals the breach, despite the fact that the sellers engaged in procedural fraud by forging documents in the file: false China customs declarations, fake quality certificates with an impossible thickness of 18 meters, export licenses that redirect to fake private domains (casingn.gfapki.com.co) instead of government websites, and cloned stamps made of non-certified wood to simulate legitimate dispatches. In addition, they charged USD 120 for FCA customs procedures that were never carried out. Alibaba.com closed the refunds and appeals, ignoring the contractual delays, the documentary fraud and the On-Time Shipping Guarantee. Its internal compliance channel (Jubao) lacks transparency and covers up these behaviors. Alibaba.com systematically rules in favor of scammers with resolutions of 0 USD refund. A senior manager of AIDC, despite requesting it, never audited these cases nor processed the return of our withheld USD 1,384.33. This public complaint will remain open permanently until Alibaba.com makes the full refund of the funds.
