I have bought three laser engravers…
I have bought three laser engravers from Longer over the past few years. A Ray5 10watt and two B1 40watt. I have also bought several lens and two expansion kits. I have never had any issues with any of my lasers until recently. The power supply died on one of my B1 40w lasers. I was able to switch power supplies from one 40w to the other which confirmed the issue I was having. I then emailed Longer support about it and they replied asking for a description of my issue a video if I had one, which I did. Within a week or so they replied and said they would be shipping out a new power supply to me. Tracking looks like it will be here in the next day or two. Honestly, I’ve been very happy with my three lasers and will buy another one from them if the need arises.
