I have a website that with an address from Vodien that was suddenly not displaying. The first time I spoke to you supporter I was told it was fixed and would display soon. It did not display withing two days so I phoned again. The next supporter shown me have to fine data on my website and tit showed that is was hosted by AWS. I I tried to get onto AWS to get it fixed but that proved impossible. I then used ChatGPT which took me through a a series of questions, look ups etc and eventually suggested that the DNS stuff in Vodien was not correct and gave me a suggested address to Vodien. I then phoned Vodien and ask the responder to check the DNS data to make sure it look like what ChatGPT said it should. They looked and found that tere was an error in part of the DNS data and corrected it. Some 30 minutes late the website was displaying. I am very disappointed that someone with no knowledge of how the IP address provider and the site hosting works should be given the runaround by your people when they should have know where to check and fix thing. I was very frustrated until Chat GPT took me through the checking process very slowly and carefully that found the error and suggested how to get it fixed that worked first time. I suggest that you need to train your support staff to be able to assist the ignorant first time. The website address being referred to is rotaryrides.org.au and I have had it for many years (something like 20)
