I ordered my baby shower dress from Duntery on October 9 and paid $25.99 for expedited shipping. Since then, my order has remained at “confirmed,” with no shipping update or estimated arrival date. I emailed customer service and have not received a response. My baby shower is October 25, and now I’m worried my dress won’t arrive in time. Paying extra for expedited shipping and being left without updates or a response is extremely frustrating. This should have been an exciting purchase, but the lack of communication has made it stressful. I expected better service.
