OneOdio

Disappointing Product Quality and…

Disappointing Product Quality and After-Sales Support – OneOdio Headphones I purchased my OneOdio headphones on 19 August 2024 for $183.99, expecting a reliable, durable product from a reputable brand. Unfortunately, despite taking good care of my headphones and using them mainly for travelling, the headband and hinge became damaged within the two-year warranty period. What disappointed me most was not simply the product failure, but the experience that followed. I contacted OneOdio and was informed that replacement parts were unavailable and that there were no authorised repair centres in Perth. I was then referred to the retailer, Shopsta, who directed me back to the manufacturer. Despite explaining that the damage occurred during the warranty period, I was left going back and forth without a satisfactory resolution. A discount towards purchasing another product was offered, but this did not address my original concern. As a customer, I believe that after-sales service is just as important as the product itself. When something goes wrong, customers should feel supported rather than passed between the manufacturer and retailer. I am sharing my experience so that other potential buyers can consider not only the quality of the headphones, but also the support available if something goes wrong. A good brand is not defined only by what it sells, but by how it treats its customers when a product fails.
