They delivered the WRONG ITEM after a 2 month wait. I received ONE update from them regarding my shipment after several prompts on Whatsapp. After very quickly realising that the item delivered was not what I ordered, the delivery company also refused to take it back. Now I'm stuck with a TV console I have no use for and still missing a shoe cabinet I needed 2 months ago. All in all, EXTREMELY frustrating experience. Either the company rectifies the situation immediately and deliver what I actually ordered (who knows if that's another 2 month wait?) or I will have to dispute the charges with my bank. I also saw they delisted in July and are no longer registered as a business in Singapore which is extremely suspicious. Probably a SCAM company. Lesson learnt, I will never buy from them again and would NOT recommend anyone to do business with them either.
