Ordered and cancelled within 20 mins
I placed an order last night, then immediately changed my mind and sent an email to cancel the order. Woke up this morning to see they said my order shipped out and I still haven’t received a response to cancel my order. I checked my Spam Folder and nothing. I am leaving a 1 star review and will update it if and when customer service responds and gives me a full refund without shipping my order. If the order has shipped they will need to cover return shipping fees as I cancelled the order BEFORE it was shipped. If they handle this well, I will update this review. Stay tuned!
