Support is terrible
Support is terrible. Products on website not available. I purchased a uae ps gift card for 200aed. They didnt have it. Offered store credit which couldnt be used because they didn't have any denomination of cards available. Despite website clearly showing then available. Multiple tries support emails later nothing. Had to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Ive been a customer for more than 5 years. Update! Ive been unable to get most of my store credit out as the support team is only AI based and no human actually bothers contacting you. I got a Minecraft key for a friend. Usd 46 stuck in another order which support hasnt replied to and usd 10 prob just wasted now.
