Doubter to Believer
I was surprised, happy, hoping this lasts. Following a spinal fusion C2-T1 I started to have difficulty walking , painful lower back, burning hips, groin, every step was exhausting and excruciating.Two ablations in last two years, still depreciating and I hurt more every day. My social life dropped to 0. A friend loaned me her machine, the P90+ as I could no longer take NSAIDS. ONE session 2 x 10 minutes @ 10, I could walk with less discomfort and twice as far. Next session, I could walk twice in a day and grocery shop, third session I could walk and do housework.I am going to increase settings because something is working. Mh movement pain dropped to what it was five. few years ago. I am not flat out by midday.I can sit and walk enough to socialize I don’t know how it works, but it works for me. Gratitude.
