My experience with Sunskey has been an absolute nightmare. Their service is completely useless, and I strongly advise everyone against buying anything from them. Here are the major issues I faced: Incorrect Delivery & No Accountability: They sent my parcel to the completely wrong address due to their own mistake. To make matters worse, they have zero grievance policies. When the parcel goes to the wrong place, they offer no help, and you are forced to pay local delivery charges again just to get your item redirected. No Return or Compensation Policy: There is no customer protection, no return policy, and absolutely no compensation for their mistakes. Extremely Delayed Delivery: What is advertised as a 15-day delivery actually took 2 to 3 months, with my parcel just wandering around endlessly. Useless Local Agents & Empty Communication: While they keep messaging you back and forth, they accomplish nothing. Their agents in other countries are completely cheap and useless, providing zero support or response when you need help. Save your time and money—do not order from this company!
