Satisfied with the Products
I purchased the JOVS 4D Laser Mask and LED Neck & Chest Mask. Overall, I am happy with the products and the clear instructions provided for using them. I did have some issues with the remote controller on the LED Neck & Chest Mask. My emails asking for support were unanswered for a week. However, once someone attended to them, I have been experiencing communication within hours. There are quite a few specific steps I need to take to get a replacement for the defective part, which is a bit taxing. Fortunately, I like the products and believe I am seeing some improvements in my skin texture and firmness.
