Lousy platform
I purchased 1 box of Brita water filter cartridges via Lazada Singapore and it contained 6pcs of the filter cartridge. 1pcs was found with leakage problem that the black particles were leaking even after many rounds of flushing. I made a refund request but rejected by Lazada seller since I have discarded the external packaging box. 5pcs remain intact with inner packaging and I have provided video and pictures to Lazada. But the Lazada kept asking me to take full angle videos and refused to proceed with my return & refund request . The amount is about $21 , not much but I felt it was irresponsible for the Lazada seller selling Thé unreliable product (either sub quality or counterfeit). Lazada can always take back the item to check themselves rather than asking me to keep taking video
