Deceptive Advertising & Pathetic R100 "Resolution This company is engaging in highly misleading advertising and refusing to take responsibility for their poor-quality products. I purchased a wig based on their online photos, but the item I received looks absolutely nothing like the product advertised. The quality is incredibly poor, and the curl pattern is completely wrong. When I logged a complaint, I was subjected to an exhausting week of back-and-forth emails. Instead of offering a standard refund or sending the correct product, their final "solution" was to offer me a insulting R100.00 compensation and tell me to "go fix the wig" myself. How does a reputable business expect a customer to fix a fundamentally defective, low-quality product? This is entirely unacceptable and a complete scam. I am demanding either a full refund or the exact item I actually paid for. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to waste your money!
