We purchased 2 eSIMs for a trip in New Zealand only to find out I had completely messed up my eSim when assigning my partners to him. I got on to Jetpac via their WhatsApp chat and they VERY patiently led me through a lengthy process to undo my mistake!! After that - perfect!
