I must say I’m pleasantly surprised. I ordered a screen protector for a Xiaomi Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G, but they sent me a version that was almost identical, just not for the 5G model. A difference of merely a few millimeters causes the screen protector to crack when placed inside the phone case—or forces you to go without a case altogether. I had trouble reaching customer service, but to my surprise, a representative proactively reached out to me on WhatsApp to check if everything was okay. Of course, I attached a picture of the label showing it didn't say "5G". After some checks, inquiries, and a bit of polite back-and-forth—even though they claimed they sent the correct item—they refunded me immediately!
