BruntWork

NONSTOP JOB POSTING

It’s ironic how a company can heavily rely on AI to handle its recruitment process while people are out there worrying about AI replacing human HR professionals. What makes it worse is the lack of human follow-through. Applicants spend time applying, answering questions, completing assessments, and preparing for interviews, only to be left dealing with automated responses and a recruitment process that doesn’t seem to have proper human accountability. AI is supposed to make work more efficient, not become an excuse for companies to neglect the people putting their time and effort into applying. If BruntWork expects applicants to meet high standards, the company should hold itself to the same standard when it comes to communication, professionalism, and respect for applicants’ time. You can’t promote efficiency through AI while overlooking the human side of recruitment. Applicants are people, not just entries in a system. A little human follow-through and accountability should not be too much to ask from a company that hires people for a living.
