DO NOT BOOK FROM THEM. I purchased a waterpark ticket expecting instant confirmation, but no ticket was delivered immediately. After payment, I received an email stating that ticket issuance could take 6 to 12 hours, which was not suitable for a same-day visit. The RedBus app then showed my booking as cancelled. Assuming the booking had failed, I bought another ticket from a different platform. Around 40 minutes later, RedBus sent the ticket to my email, but by then it was too late. When I explained the situation and requested a refund, they refused. Very disappointing customer service and poor ticket processing.
