Have not even opened the boxes yet but here is my review just based on the delivery process. Firstly, It took 2 months to deliver my furniture. I had ordered a shoe cabinet. I was happy to wait so that’s ok. Secondly, I live in an apartment with a delivery dock and a service lift on the ground floor for furniture/large item delivery. I had also booked the lift so it was all ready. This was communicated prior to the delivery with the customer service person. The delivery guy just dropped off the boxes at the dock. Also just left the pallet for me to get rid off. That is not part of the packaging so I don’t understand why that was left for me to deal with. I had to carry 2 heavy boxes (one of which was 41 kgs) by hand from the dock to the apartment. When I asked if they could bring the boxes up to the apartment (they had a forklift), they said no. I have had furniture delivery in the past from various different companies and they always deliver to the apartment. Overall, terrible delivery experience and even worse level of communication! Will never shop from this company again!
