If 0 stars was an option, I would choose that. The quality of the tops I received was terrible. Advertised as Talbots and cotton blend. Were not. One was supposed to be a sweatshirt. Was not. The one top was one step up from a paper gown. I exchanged multiple emails with them. They eventually went so far as to offer me a 10% refund. If I returned the items (at my expense) it would cost $20. Was promised free shipping on the original purchase. Was charged $8.99 shipping. They just kept suggesting I give the clothes to someone else and offered me a coupon for first 15%, then 30% off my next purchase. Do NOT order from this company. (They were an ad on the Hearts app on my phone). Susan K.
