Disappointing Experience with DJI Mini 5 Pro and Customer Support My DJI Mini 5 Pro was lost during a flight in following what I believe was a technical malfunction. DJI's flight analysis confirmed that the drone initiated landing while operating mainly in GPS and ActiveTrack modes, but blamed pilot error without clearly explaining what action triggered the landing. For such an expensive, supposedly premium product, this level of customer support is extremely disappointing. I expected greater transparency, accountability, and a fair resolution from a company like DJI. I am still waiting for DJI to properly address my concerns.
