The team organising the itinerary and supervising the guides behind the scenes were responsive and very helpful. Our contact, Wade, was incredible and I would recommend him to anyone. He responded very quickly at all hours and was even happy to help make last-minute changes when we heard about new things we wanted to try. Five stars! Our guides in Kunming (Winnie) and Dali (Bell) were very good. Winnie was exceptionally attentive and welcoming. Bell was informative and funny. Overall I had a very positive experience and would use AOT again.
