Rude support staff on WhatsApp!There were two instances when my weekly diamond card was not topped up into my account. The first one was very rude I ended up not claiming it and stopped using the website for a while. I was supposed to claim recharge perks for four successive top ups plus accumulated vip points paid for with a lot of gold. That representative should not be in the support staff. She even insulted me and was very condescending. Plus sometimes top ups get delayed for more than 15 mins .
