We ended up using another provider because we weren’t getting a response from you. We messaged you twice wondering what was taking so long. I was in terrible pain and the infection was getting worse. My husband used Call On Doc and they had the prescription ready in 15 minutes. We told the pharmacist to keep the prescription you would send. We would like a refund since we had to pay another provider. It shouldn’t have taken you guys hours to send the prescription over! That’s just not acceptable.
