Misleading product, exhausted credits, and unprofessional seller behavior (Order: 871046237082750976)
I am leaving this review due to a highly frustrating and deceptive experience with a seller on this platform. I purchased what was advertised as a 10-day AI access package (Order: 871046237082750976). The product description clearly stated that a login and password would be provided. Instead, I only received a browser cookie for a heavily shared account. The credits were already completely exhausted upon delivery, making it impossible to use the service even once. Furthermore, it is technically impossible to log into the desktop app with just a cookie, proving that genuine, independent access was never provided. When I raised the issue, the seller made excuses about "other users" and explicitly asked me to cancel my dispute in exchange for a working replacement. I acted in good faith and canceled it. However, instead of resolving the issue, the seller began stalling, wasting my time, and then had the audacity to pressure me into buying other external products without even fixing the original problem. This lack of transparency, combined with the manipulation to cancel disputes and the attempt to upsell, feels like a scam. Good faith and speed are essential in these transactions, and both were completely absent here. I have lost all trust in this seller and am currently fighting for a full refund through the platform's official support. Buyers beware: do not expect what is advertised, and do not cancel your disputes based on empty promises.
