had a very disappointing experience with this service. I only agreed to a small verification/trial charge and I clearly remember declining all subscription offers during the registration process. I never used the service, yet I was later charged €29.99 for a monthly subscription. The subscription activation email was sent to my spam folder, so I was not properly aware that a recurring payment had been activated. As soon as I discovered the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and requested a refund. In my opinion, the subscription process was confusing and not sufficiently clear.
