The representative was polite, honest and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was the annual fee, and a possibility that a maintenance could be applied in the future. Surge Mastercard is charging too much for annual fee. I have been a loyal customer, but if no consideration is given for my great payment history; then I may end doing business once an offer of zero, or a very low APR rate is given by another credit card company .
