Abysmal.
Abysmal. Paid for next day delivery. Informed by Amazon delivery that they would not deliver until following day due to difficulty. Then I received notification that it had been delivered even though I was present " when delivered ". The customer service by Lovehoney is abysmal, truly abysmal. 4 attempts with the Ai assistant ended with " "We cannot connect you , please try again". Absolutely useless . Order number UK1_11735680. Ps how do you contact customer service if you cannot get through the bot to a human.
