TERRRRRRRRIBLE! Obviously did not investigate properly. Only an imbecile would deny my claim, showing proof of my location was dropped off at an incorrect spot. Agent just looks at the notes from fedex and says okay. Deny claims within seconds. Terrible company. Will not do business again. Get better training
