Undelivered, PAIN IN MY NECK!
I cannot rate pillow as it was never delivered to me. I am a senior citizen warning all that they claim to use DHL, USPS,and UPS for delivery. My delivery by speed x i never heard of claim to have my signature wich was forged because I wasn't home on Sunday 7/26 I received no calls,texts or emails. $152. Down the drain. After numerous contacts declined refund or reship. On fixed income be cautious of this delivery co. they use. Specify UPS or legitimate co. Lost a week of groceries pillow has become a PAIN IN MY NECK!! BEWARE!!
