Horrible Experience
Horrible! Tampa FL. First vehicle did not have AC. We went back to exchange it for a second vehicle. They exchange it by day two the tire pressures air out one of the tires! We almost missed our flight back home. We called customer service many times and keep getting redirected. Only one agent was available at the site after roadside assistance came to the rescue. Thank God, I paid for protection. Awful experience. Avoid this place for renting vehicles! Only good thing was very friendly employees.
