I have used this discount parking…but verify your ATL shuttle pickup location if you haven't flew since 2025.
I have used this discount parking service website several times in the past and I had no problems. I had ATL parking reservations in February 2026. My car drop off went fine but my return on 2/6 was awful. I received the old pickup shuttle location info at the time of the reservation, therefore I went to several spots and wasted over 1 hour of trying to find where to get picked up. ATL had changed the shuttle locations months prior without my knowledged and apparently Global Airport didn't know either and they didn't communicate this update to me. They had given me via email the wrong info. The direct customer service didn't answer under several attempts of the rep wasn't helpful. Very disappointed in wasting unnecessary time. I used this service to get the best Airport parking rates but I may still use it for reference but book directly with the company. If that fails, I will verify pickup locations prior to using.
