Pre-paid for a rented car in Palma
Pre-paid for a rented car in Palma. My flight was delayed 2 hours, and so I was ready to get car keys at 2245hrs instead of 2030hrs. Took a ticket to wait in the queue and realised the wait was going to be over 2 hrs (which would have meant getting the car at 0045hrs). There were 23 people in front of us in the queue, and the 2 servers were doing about 12 per hour. Very poor. We decided to just take a taxi as had already been travelling so long. Asked for a refund / partial refund due to their , but was told I should've just turned up on time. A caring response from a company who are operating in the travel industry which experiences inevitable delays. Avoid this company when going to Palma. None of the other car hire companies were even close to have such delays.
