DO NOT USE! I booked airport parking at the Hilton near Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) through Global Airport Parking. When I showed up two hours before my flight, the Hilton staff turned me away and said they don't even do airport parking anymore! Apparently, the hotel notified Global Airport Parking about this change, but no one notified or warned me. Leaving a customer stranded right before a flight is completely unacceptable and unsafe. The hotel staff told me to call customer service to "switch spots"—as if anyone has time to sit on hold with support 120 minutes before a flight. Because of their gross negligence, I had to scramble, drive to the nearest independent airport parking lot next to the hotel, and pay a fortune on the spot just to make my flight. While they did eventually refund my original payment, their mistake ultimately cost me an extra $130 out of pocket. Save yourself the extreme stress and financial headache. Avoid Global Airport Parking at all costs.
