17TRACK helped me track my international parcel FY ending with CN through all the stages giving me dates and times through all the stages up to Arrival Sorting and Distribution Center on the 20/07/2026 @11:15. At this stage my parcel got stuck since July 20th. 17TRACK informed me that The carrier or courier is not updating. My parcel is stuck at the distribution center since then. 17TRACK gave me a wrong tracking number starting with letters YT ending with CN instead of letters FY ending with CN. This is so disappointing, it's anticlimactic. I don't know what to do now. How do I get the China Post contact details? That's the courier given me by Astawear
