I’m giving this product 3 stars, not because of the product itself—it’s actually very good—but because of the shipping experience. It took much longer than expected to receive my order. First, I received an email saying it had shipped, but that wasn’t true. A week later, I contacted customer service and was told that my order hadn’t even been processed yet. Because of the delay, I ended up ordering it through Amazon instead. Eventually, my order arrived, but I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking email. The product is great, but the ordering and shipping process definitely needs improvement.
