VERY DISAPPOINTED
VERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered a necklace on a whim, paid extra for fast delivery and then immediately realized that it would arrive while I was on vacation. I emailed the company minutes later to ask them to cancel my order, as per the instructions on their website. They clearly stated that you can cancel your order within two hours of submitting it. They responded to me the following day, saying that it was too late to cancel it, even though I reached out to them within the two hour window. To add insult to injury, as soon as I put in my order, they sent me an email offering 20% off a purchase and then another email offering $50 off a purchase. Then I received my necklace and I have no choice but to keep it because they don't offer refunds. I'm really disappointed by it. It is shiny and cheap looking, looks like something I could've bought at H&M for $15 This has been an incredibly disappointing experience and needless to say I will never order anything from this company ever again. I'm puzzled by the positive reviews but all I can tell you is I'm a real person and a really disappointed one. My order number: 273905016
