Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst! I made reservations for parking at Ramada Hotel Atlanta. Get there on 12/25 only to be told there is no shuttle service to take us to the airport. The hotel took no responsibility and blamed Global Parking for not contacting me to let me know. So we pay for an Uber. We arrive back from our vacation 12/29 and proceed to the hotel pick up location, after waiting for some time, I call the hotel and was told their shuttle is still not in service! Again no contact from anyone! I emailed the company as soon as I got home for a refund. Six days on and no response. I ended up disputing the charge on my Credit Card. Absolutely the worst! Stay away!!
