They do replace non working products.
I have ordered many hair care tools and hair sprays etc. I ordered root booster which I applied once and it worked well but st the second application nothing came out of the bottle . I notified customer service and they had some suggestions for ms to try , they weren’t helpful and I notified them. Then then sent a reppacement.
