easy to use ordering format but high pressure tactics into getting you to order things you don't want and then a phone call to convince you to order the things you said you did not want. If they have such a good product, why make your customers become an enemy ? It is too bad to see these types of pressure tactics , I hope they get some competition that would have a better customer service philosophy ....
