It is NOT 17TRACKS fault you have parcel issues.
People have no idea how this company works - they are not a shipping company - they do not manage your parcels. So many of these reviews are just plain wrong and misunderstanding this service. They are a tracking company, they simply track it from your courier. I have had no issues with 17track, they have worked flawlessly and i have not had an issue for years. Up-to-date and reliable tracking. I only noticed the trustpilot page today and people deserve to know the truth.
