Very poor service all they want is your money. When make a genuine claim like refund of credit not used they take weeks to refund or take you around mulberry bush. I even sent a bank statement to proof that that refund is not reflected on my bank account even after more than a month of complaining. I have already given up. Am looking for alternative calling company which will put customers above gain.
